Barrel aged feta

The barrel aged feta is a product with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), which is produced solely with 100% pasteurized sheep and goat’s milk from Greece and has a rich, spicy and slightly salty flavor with diverse aromas; its texture is solid and hard. All these features result from the interaction of the cheese with the wood. It is left to mature for 6 months in the classic beech barrels just like in the old days.

All products are produced from sheep and goat milk of free range pastures in our area and are prepared in the traditional old way without preservatives.
