The feta in a container

The feta in a container is a product with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), which is produced solely with 100% pasteurized sheep and goat’s milk from Greece. It has a pleasant flavor, not particularly salty yet slightly sharp with rich aromas. Its texture is medium to hard, it is solid and it does not break into pieces. It is left to mature for at least 4-5 months from the production date, while its main characteristic is that it is easily used (it comes in portions).
