Each product is made with sheep and goat’s milk that comes from free range livestock grazing in our area following the old traditional way without any use of preservatives.

The application of HACCP principles combined with ISO 22000 ensures the hygiene and the quality of the products.

The appropriate processing, the quality control, the compliance with the hygiene standards and the safe distribution of the products conform to strict hygiene and safety regulations so that the final products comply with the requirements set by the Greek and the European Union Law.
